Michael Dasmarinas joins Ringstar Boxing, set for October fight in Singapore

Hot & Spicy debut this coming October 20.

Singapore-based sports management and boxing promotions outfit RingStar Boxing recently announced its signing of Filipino boxer Michael "Hot & Spicy Dasmarinas.

The 25-year old Camarines Sur native has a 25-2 record, with 16 win coming by way of knockout.

He will make his RingStar debut at "The Roar of Singapore III - The Chosen Wan" boxing event this coming October 20 at the Suntec City Convention Centre. This event will be sanctioned by the International Boxing Organization (IBO).

RingStar Boxing CEO Scott Farrell says, "We are very excited about signing Dasmarinas. RingStar has a plan to bring him to the top and turn him into a world champion, and make him an inspiration to his fellow countrymen in the Philippines. His career so far on paper makes him look like a good opponent for someone to beat for a major title; we at RingStar now want to guide him and his career, and take him to the top, as I see Dasmarinas as a world-class and a future division dominator."

Dasmarinas is set to face a Thai fighter for this event, with plans on getting his first title shot in early 2018 in China.
