SKX Nexus |
As it tries to make its mark in the sneaker scene, Skechers revealed a new set of colorways for its latest pro-level basketball shoe, the SKX NEXUS. The first set is a combination of pink, purple, and black, producing a vibrant fusion of bold aesthetics, unparalled comfort, and performance. while also revealing a white and blue colorway to complement its other combinations, a charcoal and green one and a white, black, and red edition.
Beneath the aesthetics lies shoe technology that makes it excel in both performance and innovation. The low-top silhouette features a breathable and durable black mesh upper accented with eye-catching purple and pink details. The shoe’s design also boasts Skechers' cutting-edge comfort technologies, including a resilient Skechers Move Foam™ insole, responsive 5-GEN® Foam midsole cushioning, plus lockdown ankle support and heel construction to ensure a secure fit. The use of Goodyear® rubber on the outsole amplifies traction for crucial on-court moments.
The SKX NEXUS already has a couple of notable users already, in Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard Terance Mann and Los Angeles Sparks forward Rickea Jackson. It joins the growing lineup of performance basketball shoes that Skechers has unveiled, including the SKX FLOAT that is worn by Sixers big man Joel Embiid, as well as the SKX REIGN being utilitzed by recent Timberwolves acquisition Julius Randle.
The former is a low-top basketball shoe for players in search of exceptional support and stability, while the latter, on the other hand, promotes elevation and intense traction.
Basketball and sneaker enthusiasts can already check it out through the different Skechers retail stores and partner retailers across the country.
