Ang Liga set to resume today

With the Philippine Football Federation set to have its groundbreaking and turnover ceremonies later today at the PFF Training Center in Carmona, the Ang Liga tournament will be the first league to take advantage of the new facilities.

Highlighting the whole day ceremonies there is a matchup between the UAAP and NCAA champions in men's football, as Ateneo and San Beda have their Div I fixture at 3pm.

Both teams have three points in limited action so far, with the Red Booters just participating in their second match in this pre-season tournament, after defeating Perpetual last August 13. On the other hand, the Blue Eagles have a win against UST and a loss to NU on their ledger.

Meanwhile, Ang Liga will also have a couple of matches this afternoon at the football field inside the San Beda campus in Mendiola, with Div II action featuring Ateneo and Perpetual at 1pm, followed by UP against UE at 3pm.
