On Tuesday, the new set of officers for the NCAA Press Corps was elected, with Norman Riego of ABS-CBN Sports being named unanimously as the group's new president.
Riego succeeds Cedelf Tupas of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, who alongside with Reuben Terrado of Spin, will stay on as the Press Corps' advisers.
Completing the NCAA Press Corps' cast of officers are the following:
Vice President: Christian Jacinto (Spin)
Secretary: Randolph Leongson (Spin)
Assistant Secretary: Peter Atencio (Manila Standard)
Treasurer: Matthew Li (Tiebreaker Times)
Auditor: Yo Sarmenta (ESPN5)
Board of Directors: Joey Villar (Philippine Star), Theodore Jurado (People's Journal), Marivic Awitan (Balita)
