Edoardo Lipari |
Lipari brings eight years of international experience in business development across China and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region, holding key roles in places like the Mailman Group, 160over90, and Octagon. His presence in these companies provided strategic guidance to some of the world's leading brands in sports, entertainment, and lifestyle, and has a knack for identifying new market opportunities and creating innovative, brand-aligned solutions, designed to generate revenue and monetize assets.
In line with the announcement, Iván Codina, director of the Singapore Office, states, "This signing reinforces our commercial strategy in the region, which we have been working on intensively in recent years, closing key deals such as our alliance with beIN Sports or the sponsorship agreement with BITGET. We are confident that Edoardo Lipari's experience and background will drive business in the region and new beneficial deals for LALIGA and its clubs."
The Spanish top-flight has made it a priority to enhance its brand outside of Spain, specifically with regards to awareness and fan engagement in key global markets, something it has already made inroads with by having its own office in Singapore.
Having an actual office in the regional sports hub in the city-state allows for a point of reference for the teams in the both LALIGA EA SPORTS and LALIGA HYPERMOTION who seek to expand their presence in the area.
