Fresh from securing the commitments of Luis Pablo, Seven Gagate, and Josh Coronel, the University of the Philippines locked in its commitment with Sean Alter on Sunday.
Alter was averaging 5.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.1 assists for Fil-Nation Select in the ongoing NBTC National Finals.
Program Director Bo Perasol shares about the New Mexico native's commitment, "Sean's another important piece to the puzzle for us to keep competing in the UAAP."
The nineteen-year-old will not need residency and joins a loaded frontcourt that includes Season 85 Most Valuable Player Malick Diouf, the aforementioned trio from La Salle-Greenhills, Gilas Youth standout Francis Lopez, and the returning CJ Cansino.
The Fighting Maroons are seeking to win their second title in three seasons under the leadership of Goldwin Monteverde, and are ready to bounce back after falling short earlier this year against the Ateneo de Manila University,
