He then proceeded to be called up for national team duty in the final window of the FIBA World Cup Qualifying, where played a total of 14 minutes combined for Gilas Pilipinas against Qatar and Kazakhstan.
Ravena beat out fellow All-Collegiate Team members Robert Bolick, Prince Eze, Bright Akhuetie, and Paul Desiderio for the nod, which had been previously bestown to the likes of his brother Kiefer, Bolick, Ben Mbala, Mac Belo, and Jeron Teng.
Thirdy becomes the latest awardee to be revealed by the Collegiate Press Corps for the upcoming 2019 Chooks-to-Go Collegiate Press Corps Awards Night presented by SportsVision, which will take place at the Amelie Hotel Manila on Monday, May 27.
Aside from the already mentioned All-Collegiate Team, he joins the likes of Tab Baldwin and Boyet Fernandez (Coaches of the Year), as well as SportsVision Volleyball Players of the Year Sisi Rondina and Regine Arocha as some of the awardees.
The 2019 Chooks-to-Go Collegiate Awards presented by SportsVision is also supported by Amelie Hotel Manila, Rain or Shine, NorthPort, World Balance, Arellano University, AXA Team Eds, and NBL.
