The PFL on Monday announced on Monday that the Final will take place at the Pana-ad Park and Stadium, citing Article 2.11 of the league's regulations. Said provision allows the league to pick a venue based on a variety of factors, which include and are not limited to venue availability, commercial, marketing, and financial considerations. Pana-ad beat out Rizal Memorial for the right to host the final between the two teams, which will kick off at 6pm.

Before the announcement awarding the hosting rights to Pana-ad, Global Cebu publicized a letter sent to the league about their intent to have the final at the Cebu City Sports Center

However, the league cited the pitch and lighting conditions at the CCSC as a reason for the venue's unavailability.

The same announcement revealed that the third place match between FC Meralco Manila and Kaya FC-Makati will take place at Rizal Memorial on December 15, with a kickoff time to be determined.
