PUMA organizes special ASEAN activation with Stadio Palermo

Stadio Palermo

With the upcoming release of the PUMA Palermo collection on March 15, PUMA Southeast Asia has set up a special activation inside Bangkok's Central World mall.

Called the Stadio Palermo, it is a pop-up store that is inspired from the playful DNA and Italian roots of the Palermo, which is by itself, inspired from the Sicilian capital it is named after.

The pop-up provides interactive activities that visitors can immerse itself into, highlighted by a foosball pitch that includes terrace stands and a Sicilian-inspired alfresco area.

Those inclined to produce content on their social platforms will enjoy the photo zones at the Stadio Palermo. There are four in place, with the aforementioned foosball pitch, a giant-sized Palermo sneaker, the terrace stands, and a locker room. One can also get a free gelato from Jenny's ice cream while supply lasts. Lucky customers might have the chance to win a pair of tickets to Italy if one participates.

Customers making their Palermo purchases at the Stadio Palermo itself will not only secure a PUMA Palermo scarf, but also a pack of six autographed photo cards of PUMA APAC ambassadors IVE. They can also score an opportunity to join a Palermo customization workshop, in which they get a chance to provide a personal touch on the shoe. Shopping vouchers for the top three most creative designs await.

A special media event will pre-date the opening of Stadio Palermo, with appearances from ASEAN celebrities and influencers gracing the event. Singer-actress Maris Racal and model-influencer LA Aguinaldo serves as Filipino representation at the event, which will include musical performances from DJ P-U, collection showcase, and a first hands-on experience into the Palermo customization workshop.

Stadio Palermo will be open to the public from March 16-21 at the outdoor square C of the Central World Shopping Mall. Admission is free, and visitors can register either at the location or through th.puma.com/th/th/STADIOPALERMO.
