Chooks-to-Go brings Kai Sotto home for U19 World Cup

Kai and Chooks-to-Go

Kai Sotto is coming back to the country this weekend, and helping facilitate his return is Chooks-to-Go.

BAVI head honcho Ronald MascariƱas promised Kai and his family that Chooks-to-Go will continue to support the Gilas Youth centerpiece, sharing "Whether nandito si Kai or sa labas ng bansa, our support will continue."

And with the preparations for the FIBA U19 moving up a notch, it is going to necessitate getting as much of the current 14-man pool to be available to practice. And Chooks-to-Go chipped in their share by financing the flights of Kai's entire family from Atlanta to Manila.

The Sotto family departed the state of Georgia on Thursday evening, where they set up their base of operations for Kai's personal preparations in line with his eventual move to Europe. They are expected to arrive on Friday.

Mascarinas values the importance of family. He shares, "We always promote the importance of family in Chooks-to-Go. Kaya we can't let Kai come back home alone. Ervin and Pamela need to be with him dahil alam namin na na-miss na nila yung Pilipinas."

Kai and his father Ervin were grateful for this gesture.

Erwin says, "Maraming salamat talaga sa Chooks-to-Go dahil kahit saglit pa lang kami dito sa States, miss na namin ang Pilipinas. We can't wait to get back home."

Kai adds, "Chooks-to-Go is my one and only corporate sponsor and financial supporter for my U19 campaign. Sobrang thankful ako sa Chooks for making this happen.
