Seeking their fifth straight title, the Lady Falcons of Ana Santiago will have to deal with the University of the Philippines in the finals, after the Lady Maroons knocked out the University of Santo Tomas on Sunday, 9-1. Thanks to their ongoing winning streak, they own a thrice-to-beat advantage.
UP head coach Kiko Diaz says that they "are prepared to beat Adamson," adding that they "will do our darndest best to win."
The second game of the finals will be slated to take place on Thursday at the same time and at the same venue.
