24-team field confirmed for 2nd OMNI Football Cup

Coming next week.
With the OMNI Cup slated to start exactly a week from today, the organizers have determined the 24 teams that will be participating in the tournament, with twelve teams each in Division 1 and Division 2.

For Division 1, these are the twelve teams: Fairview Amigos, All Stars Foot, PayMigas TDG FC, Matampay United, Panna FC, Trident FC, Batmen FC, Gators FC, Suicide Squad Team Kawaii, Stifler FC, Haphets FC, and Luntian United.

For Division 2, the remaining twelve teams are: Metro Aguilas United, Alcoholics United FC, Suicide Squad Team Morryzle, McCann United, Philippine Coast Guard FC, Galastars DNO A and B, Maningning United, Pendejo FC, Underground FC, Polaris FC, and Groundsbury FC.

Each division will have two groups of six teams, with teams from the same group playing a round-robin format. The top four of each group will then advance to the knockout rounds, until a champion is crowned for each division.

Matches last fifteen minutes long. The major difference between Division 1 and 2 is the number of female players needed on the field at all times. Division 1 teams are required just one female, while Division 2 requires three ladies.
